Our hotel room was nice. The paint in the room was old and had been poorly applied. The handle on the sliding glass door was broke making it very difficult to enjoy the large balcony I paid so much for. If the hotel room had looked like the common areas it would have been a 10 star! ...read more

The cottages are the place to stay! We loved the resort itself, right on the beach, most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

needs a renovation.
Loved the location, once we got there. Food service in the Palm Terrace was slow, but I believe that it was that particular server, not the restaurant at all. The other servers (not our own) were very attentive. The room is dated and in much need of a renovation. The TV did not work well and when we tried to watch movies, it did not work at all. The staff was friendly and we were greeted and treated warmly. I loved the spa but not the location of the spa.
